¹ Risk-Based Lending: Risk-based lending applies. Applicant(s) must qualify for the loan and meet all regular credit union criteria. Subject to credit approval. Rates are based on creditworthiness and may vary.

² Multi-Auto Loan Discount: Eligible new and used auto loans and eligible auto refinances may qualify for a Multi-Auto Loan Discount when the borrower(s) have another open and active AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union auto loan that is not being paid off, traded in, sold, or otherwise disposed of in connection with the new loan transaction.  The existing auto loan does not need to be under the same credit union base account number but must be in the name of the same borrower(s).  Loans that have already been paid off and closed are not considered.  Recreational vehicles and boats are not eligible for the Multi-Auto Loan Discount. The Multi-Auto Loan Discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, discount, or Member Rewards benefit.

³ Auto Refinance:  Auto loans currently financed by another lender may be refinanced subject to applicable lending criteria.  Existing AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union auto loans may also be refinanced under this offer when the refinance includes at least $2,500 in new money.  Eligible auto refinances qualify for the Multi-Auto Loan Discount, subject to the requirements of the Multi-Auto Loan Discount.

⁴ Home Equity Loans: Closed-end loans secured by real estate; maximum loan-to-value (LTV) varies by loan program, up to 100%, less existing liens, subject to underwriting. Minimum loan amount $5,000. Refinancing an existing AmeriChoice Equity Loan requires at least $5,000 in new money. Property insurance is required; flood insurance may be required.

⁵ Personal Loans: Loan amounts range from $500 to $25,000. No prepayment penalty.

⁶ 90-day Payment Deferral: The first monthly payment may be deferred for up to 90 days from the loan contract date.  Finance charges will accrue during the deferral period.
